We ship from our U.S. warehouse to provide faster delivery and a better customer experience.
1) Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
2) Shipping Origin
Most orders are fulfilled from our United States warehouse.
In rare cases (such as low stock or special items), fulfillment may be shipped from another warehouse. If that happens, delivery may take slightly longer.
3) Delivery Time (United States)
Estimated delivery time after processing:

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by extreme weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volume seasons.
4) Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be automatically applied when available.
5) Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking will be provided by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier system after shipment.
6) Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.
7) Lost / Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:
