Warranty Coverage
ZANOID products include a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If a defect is confirmed during the warranty period, we will provide:
• A replacement product, or
• A refund (if replacement is unavailable)

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or impact
• Water damage (unless the product is specifically rated waterproof)
• Unauthorized modification or repairs
• Damage caused by improper charging or use of non-approved chargers
• Lost or stolen products

How to Submit a Warranty Request
Please email us at:

Include the following:
1) Order number
2) Product name
3) Description of the issue
4) Photos or videos clearly showing the problem
We typically respond within 24–48 business hours.

Warranty Resolution
Once approved, we will:
• Provide troubleshooting steps if needed
• Arrange a replacement shipment, or
• Process a refund depending on the case
