Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If your order has not shipped, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
A: Contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, changes may not be possible.

A: Yes. We currently ship to U.S. customers.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Yes. ZANOID products include a 12-month limited warranty.

Q: My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.

A: Yes. Most ZANOID products are rechargeable and designed for long runtime.

Q: Can I use these lights for camping and emergencies?
A: Absolutely. Our lights are designed for outdoor use, car emergencies, garage work, and blackout situations.

Q: What charger should I use?
A: Please use a standard USB charger (5V). Avoid using unsupported fast chargers unless the product listing states otherwise.
